Contact us — and what we cannot fix

One address reaches the research desk: contact@pi-coin.app. Corrections come first. But read the second half of this page before you write, because the most common request we get is the one we have no power to help with.

Disclaimer — not the official siteThis is not the official websitePi Compass is an independent, unaffiliated research project. We are not Pi Network, the Pi Core Team, SocialChain Inc., the Pi Foundation or PiBit Ltd. The official website is minepi.com. Every figure sourced from Pi Network is labelled and linked to its official source.

There is one address: contact@pi-coin.app. It goes to the research desk that writes this site, and a human reads it. There is no phone line, no Telegram, no WhatsApp group and no live chat, and any account claiming to be Pi Compass on those channels is not us.

How to reach the desk

What you put in the message decides how useful the reply is. Four things we can act on:

  • Corrections. Give the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a source if you have one. These get priority over everything else.
  • Source requests. If a figure on a page is not attributed clearly enough, ask and we will point you at the document.
  • Partnerships and press. Say what you want in the first sentence. We do not sell posts, links or reviews, so those enquiries are declined on sight.
  • Anything else that is genuinely about the content of this site.

Send a message

This form opens your own mail client with the fields filled in — it does not submit anything to a server here, and nothing you type is stored on this site. If it does not work on your device, just email the address directly.

Response times

Corrections are usually acknowledged within two to three business days, and the page is amended as soon as we have checked the claim. Everything else takes up to five business days, and low-value pitches get no reply at all. This is a small editorial operation, not a support department — set your expectations accordingly.

What we cannot help with

Most of the mail that arrives here is from someone in trouble with their Pi account. We understand why they write to us, and we have to be blunt: we can do nothing. We are an outside publisher with no affiliation to Pi Network, no access to its systems, and no relationship with any exchange.

  • We cannot recover a lost passphrase or seed phrase. Neither can Pi Network. There is no reset.
  • We cannot restore, unlock or verify a Pi account.
  • We cannot resolve KYC rejections, migration failures, locked balances or missed deadlines.
  • We cannot intervene with any exchange over a withdrawal, a frozen account, a delisting or a stuck deposit.
  • We cannot reverse a transaction. No one can — that is what a blockchain is.

We will never ask for your passphrase

Pi Compass will never ask you for a passphrase, seed phrase, private key, password or two-factor code, and will never ask you to install software or connect a wallet. Anyone who asks for those is stealing from you — whether they claim to be us, Pi Network support, a "wallet validator" or a helpful stranger in a group chat. There is no legitimate reason for any person or website to need those words. Do not type them anywhere except the real Pi Wallet, and do not screenshot them.

Where to go instead

Take account problems to the people who can actually see your account.

The right door for each problem

KYC, migration, account access, mining or lockups
Pi Network's own support, reached through the help sections of the Pi Network app and Pi Browser and via the support pages linked from minepi.com. That is the only channel with visibility into your account.
Deposits, withdrawals, frozen funds, trading disputes
The support desk of the exchange holding the balance. Use the ticket system inside the account itself, never a third party offering to escalate for you.
Understanding what went wrong
Our Pi wallet and custody guide explains why passphrases cannot be reset; the buying and selling walkthrough covers memo and network-mismatch losses.

Before you write

If your question is about a claim on one of our pages, email us. If it is about your money, your account or your keys, the official desk is the only one that can act — and no one legitimate will ever ask for your passphrase to help.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Pi Compass contact email address?

contact@pi-coin.app. It is the only address we use, and it reaches the research desk directly. Include the page URL and the specific sentence if you are reporting a factual error — that is the fastest way to get a page changed. We do not operate a phone line, a Telegram channel, a WhatsApp group or a live chat.

Can Pi Compass recover my lost Pi passphrase?

No. Nobody can, including Pi Network. The passphrase is generated on your own device and never reaches Pi's servers, so there is no reset flow and no support desk with a copy. If your 24 words are gone, the mainnet balance they controlled is gone. Anyone advertising a recovery service is running a theft, without exception.

Can you help with my KYC or migration problem?

No. We have no access to Pi Network's systems, no visibility into your application and no channel to escalate anything. KYC status, migration queues, locked balances and account restrictions are handled only by Pi Network's own support inside the Pi app and Pi Browser. Writing to us costs you time you should spend in the official queue.

Will Pi Compass ever ask for my passphrase or private key?

Never, under any circumstances. We have no wallet product and no reason to touch your funds. No legitimate correspondence from us will ask for a passphrase, private key, seed phrase, password or two-factor code, and we will not ask you to install anything. If a message claiming to be Pi Compass asks for those, it is an impersonation attempt.
